Conserving resources by making perfect use of reusable secondary packaging.
Always perfectly put together Our rectangular container series with a rim-full volume of 660 to 5.700 ml offers you efficient use in the E2 boxes thanks to the modular system. With the same length and width only the height of the different container sizes changes. As a result, only one lid size is required, which significantly simplifies the system's suitability and at the same time allows existing storage capacities to be optimally utilized.

Further information on the container and details on dimensions and packaging units are available on the series details page.
THE BENEFITS OF OUR RECTANGULAR RANGE AT A GLANCE.
Efficient utilization
Dimensions optimized for E2 boxes. Modular system – efficient use of the E2 boxes with mixed container sizes. Optimized use of existing storage capacity (depending on size, savings of up to 50% are possible).
Optimally machineable
Uniform appearance. One lid size for all tray sizes. Same edge geometry across all sizes - one lid magazine for all sizes. Fast format changeover on the filling machine.

Recycling capability
As mono packaging, all mechanical recycling requirements are met: NIR detection, float-sink method.
Calculate your potential savings when using the BR 003 rectangular container with our calculator.
And this is how our calculator works: Start your comparison calculation by selecting the appropriate size or volume. You can then customize the preset values such as annual requirements or transport and storage costs.Further details on the individual values can be found in the "i".
There are numerous potential savings along the value chain. We would be happy to present these to you in a personal meeting:

What do we mean by
future-proof packaging?
future-proof packaging?
The EU Packaging & Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) sets out the framework conditions for how packaging should be designed in the future. Unnecessary packaging and packaging waste should be reduced and reusable systems and recycling should be promoted. In our opinion, plastic packaging meets precisely these requirements, as plastic is more efficient than alternative materials.
Mainly less plastic?
Plastic is more efficient than alternative materials.
On the
The wrong track?
PPWR is driving deforestation and the growth of mountains of waste.
Minimum recyclate usage?
100% in unregulated sectors (e.g. nonfood) creates incentives for investment in mechanical recycling.
Design For
Recycling?
Recyclability and the use of recyclates are the basis for a functioning circular economy.
