The proportion of reusable trays in logistics from the manufacturer to the retailer is almost non-existent. Unfortunately in favor of disposable trays made of cardboard or carton. The number of items in circulation has a major influence on the ecological benefits of a reusable system. The more material-intensive and heavier the packaging, the more important it is to have a high circulation rate (source: ifeu). Use of post-consumer material
The sturdy design of the reusable trays ensures safe handling when stocking, during transportation and in further logistics. All trays are certified with a post-consumer recyclate content of at least 80%.
Less material and even more stable
The amount of material used in the trays can be significantly reduced by using the so-called MuCell® process, a method for the physical foaming of thermoplastics. In physical foaming, nitrogen is introduced directly into the plastic melt. This results in a reduction in weight as a significant advantage as well as improved dimensional stability.

as monomaterial packaging
Defective trays and trays that have reached their maximum number of cycles can simply be sent for recycling. New trays are produced from this recyclate - so the plastic is fed into circular loops.
